Chitrakoot is a holy township, located in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh. It is located in north-east region of Madhya Pradesh state which shares its boundary with Uttar Pradesh state. Attend the Saptarishi Arti at 7.00 p.m at Kashi Vishwanath Temple. This temple of Lord Shiva, the presiding deity of the city,is also known as Golden Temple. Varanasi is said to be the place where the first Jyotirlinga,the fiery pillar of light by which Lord Shiva manifested his supremacy over other gods, broke through the earths crust. More than the Ghats and even the river Ganga, it is the Shivalinga installed in the temple that remains the devotional focus of Varanasi. Open only to Hindus. After breakfast at hotel proceed to Ayodhya. On arrival visit to Ram Janmbhumi - the birth place of lord Rama and other temples. Later proceed to Lucknow.On arrival check into the hotel and overnight stay in Lucknow.
After breakfast at hotel proceed to Naimisaranya. The Mahabhrata was composed by Vedavyas in this forest.A dip in the river Gomati at this spot is considered to be very sacred ritual.Later return to Lucknow and drop at Lucknow for onwards journey,End of the Tour.
