Apart from history, Karnataka is also rich in nature's bounty and wildlife. It has 5 National Parks and over 25 wildlife sanctuaries of which Bandipur and Nagarhole NationalParkss are most famous. The world's largest monolith structure is in Karnataka in Sharavanbelagola, the statue of Lord Gomteshwar sees tens of thousands of pilgrims during Mahamastakabhisheka festival. Karnataka has also been emerging as a healthcare tourism spot because of many approved health systems and therapy centers being opened in the states.

Itinerary

01 Day : Bangalore – Mysore (150 km/ 4 hrs)

Arrival from railway station / airport and drive towards Mysore enroute visit Channapatna Toys Centre, Srirangapatna, Ranganathaswamy Temple, Tippu’s Palace, Fort, Gumbaz, Tippu’s Summer Palace. Reach Mysore and settle down in hotel. Visit Illuminated Brindavan Gardens and Krishnarajasagar Dam in the Evening. Overnight stay in Hotel.

02 Day : Mysore – Subramanya (180 km/ 5 hrs)

Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive towards Kukke Subramanya.& take darshan Overnight stay at Hotel. Kukke Subrahmanya is situated in a picturesque surrounding at the feet of Western Ghats in the Sullia Taluk of Dakshina Kannada District of Karnataka State. The Subrahmanya Temple is one of the famous and richest temples of South India. This place is directly connected by road from Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Udupi, Dharmasthala and other places. It is surrounded by Kodagu district in the east, Puttur Taluk of Dakshina Kannada district in the west, Sakleshpur of Hassan district in the north, and Sullia, the Taluk headquarter in south. Direct buses are moving between Subrahmanya and these places. Subramanya used to be called as Kukke Pattana in the past. In the 'Shankara Vijaya' Anandagiri observes that Sri Shankaracharya camped here for a few days during his religious expedition (Digvijaya). Shankaracharya referred to this place as 'Bhaje Kukke Lingam' in his 'Subrahmanya Bhujangaprayata Stotram'.

03 Day : Subramanya – Dharmasthala-Udupi (200 km / 6 hrs)

Early morning take darshan then breakfast from hotel and proceed to Udupi. Enrote visit Dharmasthala temple. Later drive Udupi , Check in at hotel & Overnight stay.

04 Day : Udupi

Udupi is a temple town at 60 kms North of Mangalore renowned for its Udupi Krishna Temple. Other temples to visit in and around Udupi include Shri Saibaba Temple, Kodavoor (2 kms), Shri Janardhana & Mahakali Temple, Ambalpady (1 km) and Shri Venkataramana Temple, Kalyanpur (2 kms). Overnight stay at hotel.

05 Day : Udupi – Sringeri (85 km/ 3 HRS)

Morning check out from hotel after breakfast and proceed towards Sringeri. Sringeri is well known town in Karnataka for its temple Dakshinamnaya Sringeri Sharada Peetam. It is also known as Sringeri Sharada Peetham. It is one of the four Hindu Advaita mutts established by Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankaracharya. On arrival at Sringeri, check in to the hotel and proceed to visit temple. Visit Sri Sharada Temple and Vidyashankara Temple. There are other shrines located in the temple premises. Then you can have Dinner at temple dining hall. Return to the hotel and overnight stay at Hotel.

06 Day : Sringeri – Bangalore (320 km / 6 hrs)

Morning after breakfast drop to Bangalore.
