Located in Trikuta hills, 13 km from Katra at the height of 1560 m above sea level with bright clouds and thinning air, this town is the holy cave temple of Mata Vaishnodevi, with spirituality and vibrancy lingering in the atmosphere. Revered and highly believed in, thousands of Pilgrims visit each year to seek blessings and show unflinching faith in this temple. Vaishno Devi is a religious trekking destination where pilgrims walk about 13 km uphill to reach the little caves which is among one of the 108 Shakti Peetha. Vaishno Devi, also known as Mata Rani is a manifestation of Durga, a Goddess according to Hindu mythology.
Kailash Mansarovar is one of the gtreatest Hindu pilgrimage destinations. As per the Hindu methodologies the Mansarovar was firstly took place into Lord Brahma’s thoughts and then it came here on the earth. The two words ‘ Manas ‘ and ‘ Sarovar ‘ mean Mind and Lake respectively. It is said that one who drinks water from this lake will go the Lord Shiva’s abode after his death and becomes free of all the sins. The holy Kailash is also called as the Mount Kailash. The sacred place is situated at 4,560 Meters above sea level in the western part of Tiibet.
Early Morning Arrival at Katra railway station. Pick up from station and check in into Hotel. After Refreshment at hotel, proceed for Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan. Trek down to Katra after darshans. Overnight stay at Katra.
After Breakfast, Check out from hotel. Day free for local sight seeing. In the evening, proceed for Katra railway station for departure.
